Each individual may hold only one registered account with btw789. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, household, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. btw789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. btw789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify btw789 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• btw789 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• btw789 may request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

btw789 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified btw789 account.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
